Class Association

The USA Class Association was founded April 5, 2007 with the arrival of five X-35s into New England. The enthusiasm for the yacht and class association will quickly fuel exponential growth principally driven by the boat's tremendous performance characteristics as a one-design and competitive racer under IRC/IMS/PHRF handicapping. The international class rules are based on “Closed Rules” according to ISAF standards. Today, over 175 X-35s are racing around the buoys at very high skill levels with significantly less owner cost when compared to other big-boat one-design racing programs.
